THE NETWORK

Tekoha was created to connect people and organizations interested in building relationships which encourage sharing and aren’t limited to a mere commercial relationship. Tekoha was started to change the rules of the game, for this reason we try to involve everyone to become part of this network.

Upon buying a product or even cementing a relationship with the network which has made a commitment to Tekoha’s principles, you become a part of the network. Tekoha is a self-organised network. Read our Statement of Principles for Action:
  • Co-create
    We will be protagonists of change. We will remain connected, involved and active along with Tekoha’s purpose. We strive to create and deepen new principles for new market relations. We will do this by engaging the communities, the consumer and all parts involved. So we can co-create a better world for everyone.
     
  • Enjoy dialogue
    During all our convsersations between abaetęs (partners), communities, craftsman we will question our point of view or preconceptions so we effectively absor new information and choose the best alternative. We stimulate various new points of views, analuse the pros and cons of each and seek, honestly and sencirely, to create new points of view. We will keep our friendly environment but avoid omissions.
     
  • Relate with transparency
    All our actions should have clear objectives. We believe that all should have access to information without exclusion. We believe in the potential of creation, conception, execution and analysis of all. Hence we share all information between all who create, implemet or simply companion Tekoha.
     
  • Seek the good deal
    We seek a fair deal and a win-win-win situation for all relationships. We prioritize a way of acting that makes all involved to be a winner in this relationship. We strive to catalise collective creativity to find in all situation solutions that are excellent for all parties involved (including the society as such)
     
  • Build on and foster diversity
    Build on and foster diversity
    We respect the human being in all its diversity. We acknoledge that society is made of people with different views, experiences and knowledge. We have a posture of humblness acknoldedging that nobody is owner of the truth. We will articulate and integrate internally and externally searching for synergies with all society agents to increase the results.

    We seek to keep always the whole in mind. We strive to practive an ideal management that is concerned with all beings of the universe. Tekohas stakeholders are seen as wide as possible as we believe that all are interconnected.

    We seek to do always the best for the whole and for all. We invest in the creation of partnerships to work in a big team seeking the development of all. We strive for excellence.
